It’s crazy how even after a year of my mother’s passing my mind is still in a fog. When I typed out the personalized message for the urn I wrote the wrong passing date. I KNEW the exact day she passed but my fingers typed something else. I had not realized it until probably the day before my order was to be shipped. When I explained what happened they said I caught it just in time that it had not shipped yet and that they would do a new urn. I can’t tell you how grateful I am and how much I appreciate what you did for me. This past year has been nothing but one struggle after another fighting with a sibling and it was nice to have ONE thing go right. Thank you SO MUCH! The urn is beautiful.
