Return and Refund Policy

Graceful Urns offers a 30-day return policy. You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. You must also provide your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return, contact us at info@gracefulurns.com. If your return is approved, we will provide return instructions. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot issue a refund for items that are not received by us.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at info@gracefulurns.com as soon as possible with your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement, refund, or other suitable solution.

Personalized or Custom Items

Personalized or engraved urns cannot be returned or refunded unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review all personalization details carefully before placing your order.

Cancellations

If you need to cancel an order, contact us at info@gracefulurns.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be cancelled before they have been processed, personalized, or shipped.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If your return is approved, you may place a new order for the item you want.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification, unless the item is personalized or custom-made. Returned items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
