Graceful Urns carefully prepares and ships each handcrafted urn with care and respect.
Processing Time
Standard orders are usually processed and shipped within 4 business days after payment confirmation.
Personalized or engraved orders may require additional processing time depending on the details of the order. If additional time is needed, we will contact you using the email or phone number provided at checkout.
Orders are not processed or shipped on Sundays or Indian public holidays.
