Welcome to Graceful Urns. The terms “we,” “us,” and “our” refer to Graceful Urns.

We operate this website and online store to provide customers with access to handcrafted cremation urns, keepsake urns, memorial products, personalization services, and related customer support.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that allows us to display and sell our products and services. Checkout, payment processing, and certain related functions may be provided by Shopify and other third-party service providers.

By visiting our website, submitting an order, creating an account, or otherwise using our website or services, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our website or services.

1. Eligibility and Accounts

By using our website, you confirm that you are at least the age of majority in your state, province, or country of residence, or that you are using the website with the permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

You may be required to provide information such as your name, email address, telephone number, billing address, shipping address, and payment details. You agree that all information you provide will be accurate, current, and complete.

If you create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login information and for activity conducted through your account.

Please notify us promptly if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

2. Our Products

Graceful Urns sells handcrafted cremation urns, keepsake urns, memorial urns, and related personalized products.

We make reasonable efforts to display product descriptions, colors, dimensions, capacities, materials, images, availability, and prices accurately. However, product colors and appearance may vary slightly because of screen settings, lighting, photography, and the handcrafted nature of our products.

Because many of our products are handmade or hand-finished, minor variations in color, finish, engraving placement, pattern, texture, or dimensions may occur. Reasonable variations resulting from the handcrafted process are not considered defects.

The capacity and suitability information provided for cremation urns is approximate. Customers are responsible for confirming that the selected urn is appropriate for their requirements before placing an order.

We may modify, update, limit, or discontinue products at any time, subject to applicable law.

3. Personalization and Engraving

When ordering a personalized or engraved product, you are responsible for providing accurate:

• Names
• Dates
• Wording
• Photographs
• Symbols
• Design instructions
• Other personalization details

Please carefully review all personalization information before submitting your order.

We are not responsible for spelling errors, incorrect dates, unsuitable photographs, or inaccurate instructions supplied or approved by the customer.

Where we provide a digital preview or proof, you are responsible for reviewing and approving it carefully. Once a preview has been approved or production has begun, changes may not be possible.

We may adjust the size, spacing, alignment, or layout of personalization details where reasonably necessary to fit the product. We will not materially change the wording supplied by you without your permission.

Products that are personalized, engraved, customized, or made to the customer’s specifications are generally not eligible for change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

They may still qualify for an appropriate remedy if they arrive damaged, defective, incorrect, or do not match the personalization information supplied or approved by the customer.

We reserve the right to refuse personalization that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, abusive, infringing, or otherwise inappropriate.

4. Orders and Acceptance

Submitting an order constitutes an offer to purchase the selected products.

An automated order acknowledgement does not necessarily mean that we have accepted your order. An order is accepted when we confirm that it can be fulfilled and begin processing or production.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or limit an order for legitimate reasons, including:

• Suspected fraud or unauthorized payment
• Pricing, description, or inventory errors
• Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
• Unavailable products or materials
• Shipping or legal restrictions
• Personalization that violates these Terms
• Events outside our reasonable control

If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, we will refund the applicable amount using the original payment method, subject to the payment provider’s processing times.

Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to cancel or modify an order after production, engraving, personalization, packing, or shipment has begun.

5. Prices, Payments, Taxes, and Duties

Unless otherwise stated, prices on our website are displayed in United States dollars.

Prices, discounts, promotional offers, and product availability may change without notice.

The price charged will normally be the price displayed when the order is submitted, subject to the correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

We offer free standard shipping to destinations available during checkout. Any optional premium or upgraded shipping service, where available, will be clearly displayed during checkout before the order is completed.

International orders to destinations supported by our store are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, service.

Under this arrangement, Graceful Urns is responsible for the applicable import duties, import taxes, and normal customs-clearance charges covered by the shipment.

Customers should not normally be required to pay additional import duties or taxes when the parcel arrives.

Customers may still be required to provide identification, tax information, or other documents requested by the courier or customs authority to complete customs clearance. Failure to provide the requested information may delay delivery.

If a courier requests payment of import duties or taxes for an order shipped DDP, please contact us at info@gracefulurns.com before making payment so that we can investigate the charge.

DDP coverage applies to the normal import charges included in our shipping arrangement.

Additional charges resulting from incorrect customer information, address changes, storage, repeated delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to the courier, or other customer-caused circumstances may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

Payments are processed securely through Shopify and supported payment providers. Graceful Urns does not directly store complete payment-card numbers or card security codes.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.

Our normal fulfilment time is 2 business days after payment has been confirmed and we have received all required order and personalization information.

Our fulfilment business days are Monday through Friday, excluding Indian public holidays.

Orders placed after 12:00 PM India Standard Time (IST) may begin processing on the next fulfilment business day.

Where personalization details, photographs, engraving instructions, or customer approval are incomplete, the fulfilment period begins after the required information or approval has been received.

After dispatch, standard courier transit normally takes 3–5 business days.

The normal estimated delivery timeline is:

• Fulfilment time: 2 business days
• Courier transit time: 3–5 business days
• Total estimated delivery time: 5–7 business days

The estimated delivery date shown on the product page, cart, or checkout may be calculated using our normal fulfilment time, the customer’s delivery address, and the shipping service available for that destination.

Processing and delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

International orders to supported destinations are shipped using Delivered Duty Paid, or DDP, service. Under this arrangement, Graceful Urns pays the applicable import duties, import taxes, and normal customs-clearance charges covered by the shipment.

Customers should not normally be required to pay additional customs duties or import taxes when the parcel is delivered.

Customers may still be required to provide identification, tax information, or other documents requested by the courier or customs authority to complete customs clearance. Please respond promptly to such requests to avoid delays.

Delivery may be delayed because of:

• Customs inspections or clearance requirements
• Courier operational delays
• Weather or transport disruption
• Flight cancellations
• Public holidays
• Remote-area delivery
• Incorrect or incomplete address information
• Failure to provide requested customs documents
• Events outside our reasonable control

Please ensure that your shipping address, postal code, email address, and telephone number are complete and accurate.

Graceful Urns is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, address-correction charges, returned parcels, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete information supplied by the customer.

Additional charges resulting from address changes, storage, repeated delivery attempts, refusal of delivery, failure to respond to the courier, or other customer-caused circumstances may remain the customer’s responsibility where permitted by law.

If a courier asks you to pay import duties or taxes for an order shipped DDP, please contact us at info@gracefulurns.combefore making payment so that we can investigate the charge.

7. Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations

Returns, refunds, replacements, exchanges, and cancellations are handled according to our Return and Refund Policy.

We offer a 30-day voluntary return policy for eligible, unused, non-personalized products.

Products that are personalized, engraved, customized, or made to the customer’s specifications are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns, refunds, and exchanges.

This exclusion does not affect any rights available when a product is damaged, defective, incorrect, materially different from its description, or does not match the personalization information supplied or approved by the customer.

Products that have been used to hold cremated remains or ashes cannot be accepted for a voluntary change-of-mind return.

We do not offer direct exchanges. Where an eligible return is approved, the customer may return the product for a refund and place a new order.

Nothing in these Terms limits any mandatory rights available to customers under applicable consumer-protection laws.
