I have no words for this. It is perfect. It came fast and was packaged very well. It's a beautiful piece to help keep a piece of my mom with me.

Very disapointed, when I put my loved ones ashes in the urn, and packed the urn back in the velvet case I noticed my loved ones ashes in the case as I laid it down. I picked it back up and realized the ashes were coming out where the heart is attached in the middle of the tear drop. The ashes have already been put in the urn so there was no way i was going to empty it and send it back. I used crazy glue to seal around the heart and that seemed to fix the issue. Not happy I had to do that.
Perfect. Item exactly as described. I rec using plyers to grip the little cover and gently remove it. Beautiful rich blue color too.
